CRM Communications Officer

About the role

We're looking for a ( Junior) CRM & Communications Officer to join our Marketing team in Cardiff. This is a more junior role for someone who wants to learn how modern marketing actually works, with the chance to work on campaigns going out to hundreds of thousands of real customers. You'll be working alongside our Growth Associate and Marketing Manager, learning how to build and send email and SMS campaigns, how to use data to target the right customers with the right message, and how to measure whether it's working. You'll be supported and trained, but you won't be handed a task list.
