Legal Counsel (12 month FTC)

Requirements

• Proven experience in an internationally recognized law firm, in-house experience a plus, with experience across a broad range of contentious matters
• Strong organisational, project management and execution skills
• Proactive approach to recognizing needs, anticipating issues and solving problems
• Flexibility and ability to take on a varied workload and balance and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks, and manage competing priorities effectively and independently, including driving results and delivering to deadlines and budgets
• Ability to take ownership of own workload and adopt a proactive approach to tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, key stakeholders in the business, and our external advisors, team-oriented attitude, and superior attention to detail
• Ability to identify and pre-empt key legal issues and present information on a variety of risks to the business in an accessible way

Legal Counsel (12 month FTC) Legal Counsel 1 Job title: Legal Counsel, Litigation (12 month FTC) Location: London Overview of the role: We are looking for a Legal Counsel, Litigation to join our Legal team on a one year fixed term contract (parent cover) based in our London office, but working flexibly between office and home. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
