Quality Technician - Welding

About the role

As a Quality Technician - Welding, you'll be part of a team that safeguards Alfa Laval's reputation for quality and innovation. Your day-to-day work will include: Performing visual and dimensional inspections of welded components and assemblies Verifying compliance with welding procedures, standards, and customer specifications Supporting welders and production teams with technical guidance and feedback Managing non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Maintaining inspection records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Collaborating with engineering and quality colleagues to enhance processes and product reliability This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the process-observing, analysing, and improving.
