Answers multi-line telephones, and emails to provide general information to the public regarding court procedures, policies and schedules; assists the public in person with fine payments, case related questions, case processing during court dockets, scheduling hearings and continuances.
Maintains professional communication with other city departments and personnel and various outside agencies; maintains communication with Assistant Court Administrator/Court Administrator regarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree or college level course work in business, law/criminal justice or related field is preferred.
Licenses & Certifications: None required.
Language: Proficiency with both verbal and written English language required. Additional proficiency with Spanish and American Sign Language preferred.
