As we build this critical team, we are seeking a Manager to lead key initiativ es acro ss digital produc t re adiness and shareho lder reporting for digital ass et products. This team is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating the production of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory, product-specific requirements and internal quality standards. Primary responsibilities of the role relate to the digital products structured as Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) and Limited Partnerships (LPs) and includes quarterly/annual reporting. As a Manager , you will play a key role in driving operational efficiencies by helpi ng lead the scale and automation of shareholder reporting processes. You will assi st in oversee ing the production of digital asset product financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and high-quality outputs, while partnering across teams to enhance and evolve processes that support a growing product set with diverse investments and structures. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Advanced knowledge of alternative investments with an emphasis on broad and deep operations of digital products including cryptocurrencies and tokens and requirements related to using a blockchain for recording of capital and portfolio transactions for both registered and pooled investment funds Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of e xperience in financial services with an asset manager, audit firm or custodian bank, preferably in accounting operations or administration for alt ernative investment products and public company financial reporting (Form 10K, 10Q, 8K and other reporting as needed) In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and investment company reporting for nonregistered investment partnerships and 33/34/40 Act investment funds, with the ability to interpret and apply guidance to complex or evolving products Strong understanding of risk, controls and regulatory requirements, including experience support a SOX-compliant environment Experience with accounting and reporting platforms (e.g., Geneva, InvestOne ) and strong data proficiency, including Excel and the ability to oversee the transformation of accounting data into financial reporting outputs Advanced accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes with a focus on digital assets and cryptocurrencies (preferred) Proven ability to lead process improvement, automation and scalability initiatives and driving operational efficiency across reporting workflows Demonstrated success in leading and d eveloping teams , driv ing perform ance and fosteri ng a strong control and accoun tability environment Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in an operations-focused, fast- paced team environment Strong working knowledge of project and relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation capability MBA or CPA preferred Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Team In Global Product Solutions (GPS) and Digital Assets , we're on a mission to deliver innovative and exceptional product and program solutions from concept through execution. As the Digital Team component of GPS within FF IO shareholder reporting operations, our team is focused on modernizing how investment product data, reporting and disclosures are designed and delivered. We develop digital product, instrument and operating model strategies that enhance the quality, consistency , and scalability of financial statements and regulatory filings, while enabling efficient instrument intake and readiness through a cross-domain approach that improves transparency and mitigates risk. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
