Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for onboarding.
Ensure thorough documentation completion and keep candidates informed during onboarding.
Facilitate clear communication among all company departments.
Necessary Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Demonstrated telephone etiquette.
Strong time management abilities.
Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
