Quantity Surveyor [5.5 DAYS / CHANGI] (KCKC)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender.
• Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms
• Assess Subcontractor's Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline
• Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Work Location: Changi , Free transportation provided from Tanah Merah MRT Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat full day Salary: $3000 to $4500 (depends on experience) Requirement Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Possess 2-3 years of working experience in construction field, however marine construction is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
