Role Mission Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities into the QA Evolution platform Ensure secure, auditable, and governed execution of AI agents Enable scalable agent orchestration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture Support the transition from traditional QA to agent-driven, AI-augmented quality engineering Experience with one agent framework: PydanticAI, LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK (or equivalents) Implementation of tool-calling agents with governance constraints Orchestration patterns: ReAct Plan-and-Execute Multi-agent collaboration / delegation Advanced prompt engineering: System prompts Few-shot examples Reasoning techniques Scripting Language Python Java Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Embeddings Vector databases Knowledge graphs LLM & Integration Experience with: OpenAI-compatible APIs and/or open-source LLMs Optimization of: Token usage Latency Cost monitoring Evaluation methodologies: LLM evaluation pipelines Test suites for agent behavior CI/CD integration for automated validation Total Experience Expected: 04-08 years B Tech in computer science Must working on UK/Italian Shift At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
