Responsibilities
- Involved in acting as a single point of contact to Customers/Users and Third party service providers.
- Responsible for monitoring enterprise IT Network, Systems and Servers.
- Handle Hotline Calls and e-Mails within agreed timeline.

Requirements

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and good phone etiquette.
- Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred
- Able to work 12-hour Rotating Day and Night shift working including weekends and Public Holidays
