Manage incoming creative mock requests through our team's internal portal, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate mock-ups.
Assist in the creation and revision of go-to-market one-sheets and other sales enablement materials.
Support broader integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, and experiential channels as needed.
Conduct research to uncover category trends, competitive insights, and industry developments relevant to advertising partners.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic, creative thinking to campaign development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, creative, and digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all materials.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field (juniors, seniors, and recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Available to work hybrid on-site in New York City and start as soon as possible (potential for remote).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or media through coursework, extracurriculars, or previous internships.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
