Process client registrations and check-ins with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency while maintaining detailed records Handle payment transactions in accordance with established procedures, ensuring all financial records are accurate and properly documented Provide clear, comprehensive information to clients, families, and visitors regarding services, policies, and procedures Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and ensure all administrative work adheres to organizational standards and compliance requirements Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail in a shift-based environment Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery Monitor and maintain the front office area to ensure it remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency Bachelor's degree from any discipline Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer service, client registration, or front office operations Active proficiency in English (both verbal and written communication) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele Demonstrated customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects organizational standards Ability to work flexible shift schedules as required by operational needs Familiarity with data confidentiality practices and administrative compliance standards is preferred Experience with registration or payment processing systems is a plus [BEWARE OF RECRUITMENT SCAMS] It has come to our attention that there are fake job offers claiming to be hiring for Siloam Hospitals Group.
