Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional, responsive, and high-quality communication at all times
Build strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, including meetings, calls, and presentations
Lead client onboarding and implementation of data services, ensuring a s eaml e ss client setup experience
Coordinate and monitor ongoing delivery of data services , driving operational excellence and client success
o This may include, but is not limited to invoice collection, open/close, and payment services
Act as the customer service interface between the Global Data Operations team and the client
Prepare and deliver clear service updates and insights to clients via Teams presentations, email, and calls
Independently or in partnership with clients and/or their Client Managers, identify and resolve customer data issues to promote delivery optimization
Frequent liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout both implementation and ongoing delivery
Other duties as assigned
What we need from you:
Proven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer success, account management, client services, or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - verbal and written; confidence in leading calls and engaging with clients is essential
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
Confident telephone and virtual meeting presence is a core requirement
Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on translating data into client value
Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
