In this track at System, you will: Help build and scale the operational, commercial, and organizational systems that support our mission Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research to drive alignment and execution Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, high-stakes problems Represent System's values and mission externally with partners, customers, and the public Contribute to a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Help attract, develop, and retain the diverse, world-class team System needs to succeed The ideal candidate has: 3+ years of experience in their functional area Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills A track record of building or improving systems, processes, or organizations Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments A genuine passion for System's mission and the PBC model An analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven decision making Bonus if you have: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech Background working at a mission-driven, PBC, or B Corp organization Exposure to complex systems thinking frameworks in a business or organizational context Experience scaling a startup from early stage through growth You might be a fit if you: Think in systems - mapping feedback loops, interdependencies, and second-order effects comes naturally to you Are motivated by purpose-driven work, particularly at the intersection of technology and healthcare Believe technology should be a force for good and are drawn to the Public Benefit Corporation model Hold yourself and your work to a values-first standard, not just a deliverables-first one Lead with first principles and are comfortable questioning assumptions others take for granted See complexity as an invitation, not an obstacle - you thrive when problems are messy and interconnected Care about the downstream effects of what you build - on users, on systems, on society Operate with intellectual humility - always learning, always open to being wrong
