This position will be closing the clinic.*** POSITION SUMMARY The Patient Service Representative 1 offers administrative support to both patients and clinicians under the guidance of the Practice Director. Serving as the first point of contact for patients, families, and external parties, this role requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling, addressing billing inquiries, and managing phone calls. This position also provides daily clerical support to the clinic and may assist in orienting new staff or support other departments when necessary. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Licensure/Certification: - High School Diploma or GED Knowledge: - Basic medical terminology, insurance billing, and computer familiarity is preferred. - Customer service experience preferred.
