You'll lead the product strategy for CBC's messaging products and the delivery of messaging programs. You'll manage the team's backlog and drive the evolution of key supporting platforms like the Newsletter Subscription Centre and the underlying technologies that support the email program. You will manage the systems powering CBC's established outbound messaging (email newsletters, push notifications) and nurture experiments using other messaging services (WhatsApp, SMS, others). This includes owning the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with the broader digital strategy. You'll collaborate closely with a wide range of partners, including product teams, content units, Customer Experience, Marketing, and third-party vendors, managing the operational aspects of agile product development.
