About the role
As a Product Engineer at Gradial, you'll own the creation of intuitive, delightful experiences across our AI-powered platform. - Develop rapid prototypes using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React) to validate concepts, test usability, and iterate on design solutions.
- Advocate for user-focused solutions, conduct usability tests, and leverage user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
- Coordinate with backend engineers in defining APIs and data structures that enable cohesive and seamless user interactions.
- Stay informed of emerging UI/UX methodologies, technologies, and trends to enhance our platform and keep Gradial at the forefront of user experience innovation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product engineering, front-end development, or a related role.
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to build interactive and user-friendly web applications.
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architectures.
- Obsessive attention to detail in user experiences.
- A deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
