About the role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation of the monthly management accounts, ensuring everything is "review-ready" for the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Full preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Managing the ledger through to Trial Balance .
- Producing detailed Income Statements .
- Handling fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, revenue entries, and expense bookings.
- Performing robust Balance Sheet reconciliations .
- Proactively engaging with internal stakeholders to gather data and resolve queries.

- We are looking for a candidate who is not just technically sound, but a confident communicator who knows how to navigate a corporate structure.
- Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with relevant experience.
- Previous experience within the Insurance sector is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains , Concur , and advanced Excel skills.
- Comfortable working in a Windows 11 environment.
- You must be presentable, eloquent, and assertive. You know when to push for information and exactly when to escalate issues rather than letting them sit.
