About the role

Expert knowledge of Capital Planning principles, practices, and methodologies. Superior communication, interpersonal, networking, and analytical skills; superior ability to effectively manage competing priorities while adhering to strict guidelines; and superior ability to work effectively, independently, and also in a collaborative environment. Superior problem-solving skills, including ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative environment using creative problem-solving skills. Superior oral and written communication skills including an expert ability to tailor facilities ideas, explanations, presentations, briefings, and concepts across all levels of management and with peers. Superior ability to develop and review financial forecasts, conduct analysis, and lead facility programs concerning space management, design, construction, and occupancy within the ODNI. Demonstrated knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards, and Environmental Protection Agency regulations, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life/Safety 101 Code, National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), safety measures, and Architectural/Engineering Codes.
