Assistant Dispensary Manager

About the role

The Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the operational success, compliance, integrity, and team performance of the dispensary. The ADM oversees all Dispensary Associate and Key Holder tasks and goals while helping drive management and leadership team objectives, particularly around productivity, accountability, and positivity. This role works closely with the Lead Dispensary Manager and reports directly to the Lead Dispensary Manager. This is a full-time leadership position requiring availability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Set or fixed schedules are not available for this role. The ideal candidate is energetic, solutions-oriented, compliance-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment where operational priorities shift daily. Requirements

• 3+ years of responsible retail experience, including at least 2 years in management
• Experience in regulated retail or medical marijuana strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical marijuana products and patient consultation
• Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
• Basic math and strong computer proficiency
• Cash handling experience with high accuracy
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, stand, and walk as required
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
