Occupational Therapist - Group Program Brief Interventions Team

About the role

You are an Occupational Therapist who has experience in providing OT specific interventions (e.g function and capacity, sensory modulation, social skills, activity/vocation or drug and alcohol interventions) for consumers experiencing mental health conditions. You will also have experience in co-facilitating group programs alongside other disciplines. Build a therapeutic relationship with consumers, families and carers and actively engage them in the planning, delivery and evaluation of their treatment. Utilise OT specific skills to provide assessment and interventions for consumers based on their identified goals for recovery. Develop, implement and evaluate group programs for consumers Classifications for this position will range from Occupational Therapist Grade 3 YB24 to YB 27 ($ 92,944 - $ 106,834 per annum pro rata) Your Contribution Degree in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration 2 years post graduate qualifications in mental health A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
