This position is to support day-to-day Credit and Collections activities by ensuring excellent and compliant daily operations with proper process documentation and issue resolution. The Iberian market is one of the most complex business structures within Diageo having market exceptions and process differences, however as also one of the biggest markets it has a key strategic importance for the company. Proactive cash collection and customer ledger maintenance according to KPIs (coding, texting, reconciliation) is key to succeeding in the role. Handle queries, drive issue resolution (analyze, log, assign, follow-up) to drive customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Maintain process documentation and build a great knowledge about internal and external business partners to support decision making Manage relationships both externally and internally in a professional manner
Requirements
- University or College degree
- Speaks English and Portuguese fluently (Spanish is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Solid PC literacy, strong Excel, SAP and Outlook skills required
- Accuracy and attention to details is a must
- Ownership of responsibilities and assigned tasks is a must
- Being a team player, but able to work independently is essential
- Financial knowledge and willingness to improve in this field is an advantage
