Our client is from a Gaming Distributor Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales & Operations Planner to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central North area. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily order and delivery planning to ensure timely and accurate product distribution to stores Plan and manage daily schedules for drivers and merchandisers to ensure efficient route and task execution Support coordination of inventory movement, stock availability, and delivery execution Work closely with logistics, retail, and sales teams to support smooth end-to-end operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of planning, execution, and service standards Liaise with drivers, merchandisers, and store teams to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency Support store setup activities, including planogram planning and product placement arrangements Assist in designing and reviewing store layout plans to ensure effective product presentation Conduct store visits to assess execution effectiveness and gather operational feedback for improvement Monitor operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and workflow Perform ad-hoc duties to support overall sales and operations functions
