Performance of lower-level duties may be required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Pro Shop Operations Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner. Schedules tee times in person and by phone using golf course management software. Checks in golfers and processes payments for greens fees, merchandise, and other services. Operates point-of-sale (POS) systems and handles cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately. Assists with merchandise sales and maintains organized retail displays. Answers phones and responds to customer inquiries regarding course rules, rates, and events. Food and Beverage Service Prepares and serves food and beverages in accordance with established procedures. Operates bar area, including serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, bar, lobby, and service areas. Stocks and replenishes food, beverages, and supplies as needed. Monitors inventory levels and reports shortages to the supervisor. Event & Tournament Support Assists with setup and breakdown for tournaments, leagues, and special events. Registers participants and distributes tournament materials. Provides customer service and operational support during events. May assist outdoors with event coordination, scoring, staging, or hospitality stations. General Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service at all times.
