10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech experience
5+ years of experience in patient/consumer marketing within pharma/biotech
Proven US product launch success
Cross-functional project leadership
Specialty experience (rheumatology ideal)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution
Prior experience managing teams and influencing others in a global matrixed environment
Strong project, vendor, and agency management experience
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in HCP, digital, market access, or insights roles
Agency/field sales experience
Small-to-mid biopharma experience
