If staffing challenges occur, weather conditions warrant or an emergency crisis occurs, all DEN employees will be required to work extended hours and/or alternative shifts (includes nights, weekends, and holidays)Participates in mandatory snow/emergency dutiesWho We Are & What You'll DoAdditionally, as a Maintenance Control Technician, you can expect to:Document maintenance incidents using Veoci, DEN's emergency management programCreate work orders and service requests using DEN's computerized maintenance management system, MaximoMonitor various essential systems such as fire alarms, lift station alerts, runway lighting, and critical sensors throughout the airport monitoring temperature and humidity, water leaks and power failuresCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders related to the organizationAssist with individuals needing access to various secured areas of the airport through the maintenance Control Center's physical key storage solutionFollow established protocols for notification and documentation of events at DENLiaise between reporting party/organization and maintenance departments managing complex customer, airline, tenant issuesCollaborate with others to improve accountability, communication, and standardization with maintenance departmentsRecommend and apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance procedures through thorough research, analysis, reporting, and or incorporation of customer feedbackInform, educate, and enforce airport rules and regulationsPerform other related duties as assigned or requested by managementDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offEquity / stock options
