About the role
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates with full accountability for performance, development, and team results. Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities. About You: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Five to seven years of professional experience in warehouse management, distribution, or logistics within a manufacturing environment. Minimum three years of leadership experience managing warehouse or shipping teams. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling systems, and shipping processes. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required. Strong leadership, analytical, and performance improvement skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
