Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, sports clubs, academies, brands, and organizations.
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, events, and referrals.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work closely with management to execute growth strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and sports-related activities when required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
• Passion for sports, fitness, wellness, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Existing network within sports, fitness, lifestyle, or corporate sectors is a bonus.
