Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering development and release practices to support process improvement and develop enablement materials.
Deliver Agile training and coaching virtually and in person to a highly technical audience.
Coach and empower engineering teams towards self-organization by adopting best practices across project planning including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Support teams by gathering insights from agile metrics, such as lead, cycle time, burn down, cumulative flow to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the development workflow.
Partner with leadership to define OKRs, roadmap alignment, and release planning.
Serve as Agile coach for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers.
Participate in status review meetings with project team members, product management, and internal customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
Must have the following certification: ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching.

The salary range for this position is $118,600 - $195,680 /year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
