Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting
  • Identify and assess sales opportunities across Data Center, Cooling, and Building Technology segments in Singapore.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer training events to enhance market presence.
  • Market Research & Business Development
  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities using platforms such as BCI and industry networks.
  • Engage key stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements to refine positioning and strategy.
  • Evaluate long-term growth potential within cooling applications across IS and BT segments.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, owners, contractors, and end users.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions while influencing project specifications.
  • Strengthen GF's presence in cooling and data center projects through consistent engagement and solution-based selling.
  • Strategic Development
  • Lead initiatives to enhance GF's market position in cooling and building technology segments.
  • Drive growth across hospitality, commercial, industrial, and district cooling sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies and support segment growt

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, cooling technologies, building/fire codes, and sustainable practices.
