Support the strategy and evolution of the transaction enrichment product to align with Cards product objectives and business priorities
Analyze transaction data, enrichment accuracy, model performance, and user outcomes to identify opportunities for product improvement
Partner with Data Science, Technology, and Product teams to define requirements for enrichment models, features, and product enhancements
Translate analytical findings and model outputs into clear product recommendations, requirements, and prioritized work
Support roadmap planning by evaluating business impact, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs using data-driven analysis
Monitor key performance indicators for data quality, enrichment coverage, usability, and product effectiveness
Collaborate with Cards product teams, including CardHub, to support integration, adoption, testing, and rollout of enrichment enhancements

Experience you'll need to have:
6+ years of experience in product analysis, analytics, data science, or related roles supporting digital products, payments products, or financial services platforms
6+ years of experience working with large datasets, advanced analytics, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and business outcomes
6+ years of experience translating analytical outputs, model results, and business needs into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations
Experience partnering with Data Science, Technology, and cross-functional product teams to deliver enhancements in an Agile or similar product delivery environment
Experience evaluating model performance, data quality, coverage, and user outcomes in a product context
Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, data science, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience supporting transaction data, transaction enrichment, or payments-related products
Familiarity with data science concepts such as classification, clustering, and model performance evaluation
Knowledge of Cards products, card platforms, or financial services data ecosystems
Experience creating product, analytics, and performance documentation for technical and business stakeholders
How you'll work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
