This is more than just a job - it's a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change. Description of Tasks: - Contacting former service users by phone using contact details provided. Asking if they are happy to provide feedback and guiding them through the MS Forms survey over the phone. - Logging the outcome of each call using a provided sheet. - Referring any safeguarding or support concerns to staff. - To accompany practitioners on first visits. - Scanning and printing documents. - Inputting notes onto the system. Time commitment: - Flexible, ideally at least 4 hours per week. Training and support: - Induction covering confidentiality, safeguarding and feedback processes. - Ongoing support from a named staff contact. - Access to call scripts, quick guides and logging tools. - Debrief/check-ins available after calling sessions.
