The Senior Financial Analyst analyzes relationships and trends of financial activity, develops and maintains divisional budgets and forecasts, and researches and answers questions regarding KPIs that drive financial performance. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst provides end to end dedicated support to functional areas in understanding financial results and developing plans and forecasts through comprehensive analysis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Reporting and Analysis - 100% Identifies trends, variances, and key issues and provides recommendations for adjustments. Assembles and tracks monthly business trends by incorporating deliverables: including variance analysis of financial results and key performance indicators. Demonstrates a deep understanding of critical business issues, business drivers, and opportunities within the divisions. Lead financial planning and budgeting for divisions and cost centers. Provide support and guidance for the Financial Analyst to improve their skills and financial acumen Hold divisions financial meetings to review performance and make recommendations. Performs profitability analysis and develops recommendations to address performance issues. Performs monthly analysis of performance and highlights drivers of variances versus budget and forecast. Conducts and documents moderate to complex financial and ad hoc analysis projects. Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Effectively communicate complex financial insights to business partners through clear reports, presentations, and SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE) Identifies, recommends, develops, and implements enhancements to processes related to budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting of financial information.
