Requirements
- As an HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal climate conditions for cannabis cultivation, processing, and storage.
- You'll ensure precise temperature, humidity, and airflow to support healthy plants, top-quality products, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with cultivation and operations teams, you'll help keep systems running efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical school certification or 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential HVAC (required)
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
- EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation
- Understanding of climate control for indoor cultivation, with expertise in temperature and humidity management
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components of HVAC systems
- Attention to detail and efficiency, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
