The Learning Automations & Systems Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the Learning Team's platforms, data systems, and automations to support scalable learning experiences across Life.Church. This role ensures data accuracy, improves operational efficiency through technology solutions, and provides insights to Learning Team leadership. The Specialist develops and maintains the infrastructure that supports learning initiatives and organizational growth. The Specialist utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church's mission and to reach people for Christ.
