Reimagine What's Possible PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES This position is accountable for the following: Execute business rollout strategy in the designated area. Deploy the selling process and optimize the business model to be adapted to local competition. Directly lead the sales engineers and insides sales to support all marketing activities including direct marketing, trade shows and market communication Assist and support managers with sales force training and development Manage key supplier and partner relationships - OEM and strategic customers Maintain accountability for business results - monitor results vs plan and if necessary, take action to stay on course Implement offering enhancements by discipline- telemetry, auto-delivery, managed gas invoicing and other best practices or market differentiating tactics as they surface Coordinate with engineering, insides sales, logistics to conduct effective customer service process. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education A. College degree or University education (in business or technical area preferred) an engineering, finance, marketing and/or management discipline. 2. Work Experience A. At least two (2) years of progressive commercial experience in multinational companies. B. Experience in industrial gases or chemicals would be a strong plus 3. Skills A. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills B. Strong leadership and communications skills, Chinese (Mandarin) and listening and presentation abilities. 4. Qualities A. Strong result-oriented leader with a bias for action and ability of taking risk. B. Well developed influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible. C. Leadership capabilities - disciplined, process oriented and can build a positive team environment. D.
