Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years in business development (or related area), preferably in the door & window hardware or building materials industry.
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Pragmatic approach in translating strategies into actionable plans, and able to lead and execute these.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to open new markets and build lasting relationships.
