Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $23.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential Reporting to the Sanitation Team Leader, you will support sanitation and basic janitorial operations at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a manufacturing environment to ensure equipment, production areas, and facility spaces are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to meet safety, quality, and food safety standards. Your schedule includes weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with one 8‑hour weekday shift. This will be a 4-day work week. Weekend shifts consist of three 12‑hour overnight shifts and one weekday 8-hour shift. Additional shifts may be added based on business needs. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Perform cleaning, sanitation, and basic janitorial duties across production areas, offices, and common spaces Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and facility surfaces Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning Follow sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipment Remove waste, dispose of materials correctly, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards Document sanitation activities and report any issues to leadership Support production teams by ensuring equipment and areas are ready for operation Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED Experience in sanitation, janitorial, or manufacturing environments preferred Knowledge of sanitation processes and food safety standards preferred Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime Commitment to following all safety and sanitation procedures Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
