We're looking for experienced Senior Claims Assessors to join our Income Protection Claims team. This is a key role where your expertise, judgement and empathy will directly support customers at critical points in their lives. You'll take ownership of assessing complex and long‑term Income Protection claims, balancing robust technical decision‑making with clear, compassionate communication. Alongside case ownership, you'll play an important part in developing others - coaching, mentoring and contributing to strong technical standards across the team.
