As an Enterprise Business Application Intern you will be responsible for building and maintaining PowerApps and automated workflows, connecting them to Microsoft 365 tools, supporting daily application operations, troubleshooting issues, helping users, documenting fixes, and identifying process improvements using automation and scripting. This position will be based in our Toronto Head Office. Additionally, this role will be 4 days in office per week, with one flexible day available for employees to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Design, Build and Maintain PowerApps solutions to improve business workflows.
- Develop and configure Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks.
- Integrate Power Platform tools with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other data sources.
- Create and update technical documents and user guides.
- Identify and propose process improvements using automation or data-driven insights.
- Enterprise Business Application Day to day Operations, which includes assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving business application issues.
- Support end users by responding to incidents and service requests.
- Document recurring issues, fixes, and standard operating procedures.
- Programing and Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python etc.)

- Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Equivalent.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, JSON, and data integration concepts.
- Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integration.
