Performance, engagement, and development of direct reports, incl. being conduit for team members between the NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam-based team and Australian stakeholders and role modelling leadership behaviours.
Support governance reporting, including change control of milestone movements, project reporting of business outcomes, and updates within project management tools (e.g., Clarity)
Collate info from multiple stakeholders to prepare reports, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Support the maintenance of project management tools with accurate milestone and change control information.
Ensure roadmap changes are reflected in all delivery and change management artefacts.
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and operational requirements.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
8+ years of experience in Governance project management/Portfolio management, especially in AML/CTF/KYC domain
Demonstrated experience in program or project management support within large, complex and regulated environments, including (preferred) f amiliarity with Financial Crime domains (AML/CTF, Sanctions)
Offshore or globally distributed team leadership experience (preferred).
Experience in stakeholder engagement at senior management levels, including steering committees and governance forums.

PURPOSE
The Manager, Portfolio Governance, is responsible for leading, developing and engaging a team consisting of financial crime project analysts, data analysts, and change leads based at the NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam.
This role will be responsible for providing support and oversight of delivery governance, acting as a central point for consolidating financial, operational, risk and customer outcomes, and ensuring all outcomes are aligned with Domain and organisational objectives. The role will provide operational and administrative support where required to ensure delivery and governance activities run smoothly and assist in preparing governance materials for decision-making.
The Manager, Portfolio Governance, will ensure that reporting to executive committees and governance forums is accurate, timely, and supports effective decision-making, while also fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
