Bending, reaching, and stooping to retrieve parts, handle packaging materials, and clear work areas.
Continuous lifting of boxes, trays, or materials typically up to 25-35 lbs ; occasional lifts up to 40 lbs depending on product. Lifting can be overhead.
Manual dexterity to handle small plastic parts, perform visual inspections, and operate basic hand tools safely.
Ability to push or pull carts or pallets with moderate force using manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks), if required for the workstation.
Sensory Requirements
Strong visual acuity for detecting product defects such as contamination, flash, deformities, or discoloration.
Hearing ability to recognize alarms, machine sounds, and verbal instructions in an industrial environment.
