Consult and guide requestors on finance and purchasing topics through chat, one-on-one support call or self-service platform
Build both wide and deep understanding in the processes around purchasing, invoice management, payment and accounting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sourcing, Master Data, Treasury to ensure seamless and smooth operations
Engage in various projects, helping to strengthen the team's knowledge and understanding of ongoing changes within Telia
Drive continuous improvements to simplify and optimize daily processes

To excel in the Support specialist role, you need to be service-minded, customer-focused individual who enjoys solving problems.
Attention to details and solution-oriented approach to deliver business results on time and with high quality
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Experience with Coupa or SAP ERP system would be considered as an advantage
Background in customer support would also be valuable
Demonstrated proactive and innovative mindset toward process improvements is key to success in this role
