- As a Sales Enablement Manager you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

- Driving adoption and optimisation of sales technology (CRM, sales engagement tools, enablement platforms) to streamline workflows and improve pipeline visibility.
- Analysing sales and customer support data to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, or process; recommend and implement solutions.
- Building and executing a scalable sales enablement framework that evolves with business growth in the UK and internationally.
- Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or revenue operations within a SaaS sales environment (ideally fintech, payments, or spend management)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and pipeline management.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to create alignment and drive growth.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills - able to engage and motivate sales teams.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to create compelling content and resources tailored to different stages of the sales cycle.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance processes (AP automation, expense management, payments).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions.
