BIM Manager

About the role

SMITECH is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, coordination and model management for a major Civil and M&E construction project. This role will work closely with the project delivery team, consultants, subcontractors, engineers, coordinators and management to ensure accurate BIM modelling, clash coordination, drawing production, model quality control and project digital delivery. This project role is to be based on site on a 5.5-day work week. SMITECH is an established M&E contractor involved in mega national projects with a rapidly growing presence across Singapore. We are actively expanding our operations and are inviting experienced, driven M&E and Civil engineering personnel to join our ranks for new and existing projects.
