Responsibilities

- Ideally you'll have
- Demonstrated experience as a professional real estate photographer or in a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing a selection of real estate and lifestyle photography, including interior and exterior imagery; drone photography and videography are highly regarded.
- A School Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- 2+ years of professional real estate photography and videography experience, or recent completion of a photography-focused qualification.
- Strong understanding of manual camera settings, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, as well as experience using macOS and Microsoft Office.
- A current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL), or willingness to obtain one within six weeks of joining through CASA-approved training and certification.
- Physical and Travel Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 12 kg.
- Must hold a current, valid Australian driver's licence and be able to hire a car for work travel.
- Must be able to drive for up to 2 hours at a time, and work and drive outdoors in all seasons.
- Occasional night and weekend work is required (rotating roster).
- A satisfactory Driving Record Check, showing responsible driving and compliance with road rules, is mandatory before starting.
