Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Greet guests in a polite, warm, and professional manner in accordance with Loews Hotels standards.
- Present menus, provide detailed explanations, and offer personalized food and beverage recommendations, including upselling when appropriate.
- Accurately take and fulfill guest orders, noting special requests and dietary needs while communicating clearly with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain current knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, pairings, presentation, and timing.
- Provide attentive, responsive service by anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable dining experience.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, presentation, and brand standards prior to service.
- Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Refill beverages, clear courses, and reset tables to maintain proper flow of service.
- Answer questions regarding menu items, beverages, and cocktails with confidence and professionalism.
- Support bar operations as needed in collaboration with bartenders and team members.
