Time-in-Grade: GS-11: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS-09 position or higher in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. GS-12: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS-11 position or higher in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-11, Specialized experience is defined as: assisting with evaluating requests for additional space assignments using prescribed space allocations for staff. For the GS-12, Specialized experience is defined as: experience conducting analysis on organizational space management to provide recommendations for improvements and policy development. You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
