Self-management skills and a self-started attitude are highly valued Able to lead a cross-functional team to work towards KPI and goals Ability to interact and engage with peers with good communication skills. Ability to review and understand engineering requirements and design documents for electronics. Ability to decompose electronics BOM and translate them into cost. Experience developing, leading, and executing global supplier cost, risk, and lead time reduction strategies Experience working with teams located in diverse regions (Europe & Asia). Fluency in verbal and written English is a must. Proficiency with ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Experience managing SAP.
