Assisting the SEI Global IT Team for developing and administering the Information Security, Business Continuity, IT and cloud activities (all together referred as " IT Activities ") for SEI Luxembourg;
Oversight on the intragroup IT deliveries, mainly working with our US and Irish counterparties
Monitoring the IT Activities and ensuring that SEIL complies with all relevant laws and regulations in this context;
Keeping abreast with IT changes, managed by the group, and ensure compliance with the Luxembourg regulations on IT, especially the CSSF 20/750 and 22/806
Coordination with the IT and Risk teams, on service delivery, SLA's and KPI's
Assisting the Cloud Officer with ensuring that the organization's cloud activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations;
Perform risk analysis on cloud outsourcing, impacting the Lux location, in collaboration with the 3rd party vendor management team, and IT teams
Participation in the implementation of IT requirements such as the implementation of new applications or the maintenance of existing applications;
Identifying, assessing, tracking and managing SEIL IT Activities' risks and coordinate with SEI Global IT Team and Technology Risk for IT Activities' incidents;
Reviewing local policies and procedures for SEIL IT Activities;
Supporting SEIL management for all IT topics during audit activities or due diligence performed;
Execute various controls, like User Access Management, Change Management, etc...
Perform the yearly due diligence on IT and work with the outsourcing manager to document risks and mitigations.
Providing advice and guidance to SEIL Authorised Management in the development and monitoring of IT procedures to ensure effective compliance with regulatory requirements;
Presenting periodic reports to the SEIL Authorised Management on activities;
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT management, participating in training, conferences, and professional development activities.
Maintain the disaster recovery plan and organize the yearly disaster recovery test
Local technical support to the business; and
Adhoc projects and tasks as required.
What you bring to the table
University degree (at least Bachelor) in IT with a specialization in finance/economics/law, or in finance/economics/law with an IT specialization;
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT projects, processes, audits in the information security field or in IT risk management;
Experience with IT systems and applications, in particular strong foundation of understanding of systems development, change management, access control, data governance processes;
Good knowledge and understanding of IT governance frameworks and the regulatory frameworks, in particular laws, regulations and CSSF circulars relating to IT, cloud computing, outsourcing... applicable to specialized PSF;
Good understanding of various security and compliance areas including IT monitoring and risk management;
Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential;
Writing, analytical, synthesis and communication skills;
Proactivity and flexibility; ability to work independently as well as good team spirit.

Position Description:
The IT Governance Expert & Coordinator will work closely with the SEI Global IT Team, Technology Risk Team based in on all IT matters related to SEIL. The IT Governance Expert & Coordinator mission will mainly consist in:
advising the Authorised Management on the Luxembourg IT requirements and any updates in related laws and regulations;
supporting the SEI Global IT Team for ensuring SEIL will comply with all these requirements and monitoring its compliance;
Assisting in the implementation of decided action to remediate to any IT breach.
