About the role

The Candidate: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field is required. 3+ years of experience supervising a team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity required. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce and foster a culture of continuous improvement, Experience working in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical and/or GMP facility is an asset. Significant experience within an established pharmaceutical manufacturer or contract manufacturing organization, with technical and/or managerial experience in manufacturing operations. Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including the ability to lead teams, prioritize work effectively, and achieve results through excellent management, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proven experience in budgeting and managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience. Currently Catalent participates in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) on a limited basis.
